1. Service Agreement
By using 990prep, you agree to these terms. The service provides TOEIC exam preparation materials including practice tests and study resources.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account.
3. Subscription & Payment
We offer free and premium plans. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. For refund requests, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not share account credentials, use the service for unlawful purposes, or distribute test materials outside the platform.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific test score improvements or uninterrupted service. Individual results may vary based on effort and practice consistency.
