1. Service Agreement
By using 990prep, you agree to these terms. The service provides TOEIC® exam preparation materials including practice tests and study resources.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account.
3. Subscription & Payment
We offer free and premium plans. Premium access is available through auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or annual).
- Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial. The trial duration depends on the chosen plan: 3 days for the monthly subscription, 7 days for the annual subscription. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the current rate, unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the current rate, unless cancelled in advance.
Web Payment (990prep.com)
Web Payment: Subscriptions purchased on 990prep.com are processed through Stripe. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your profile on the website, or by contacting us at contact@990prep.com.
iOS App Payment
iOS Payment: Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. To cancel, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Apple's terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain premium access until that date.
4. +300 Points Guarantee
Up to +300 points guaranteed on the TOEIC®
Otherwise, we refund you.
Minimum guaranteed gain based on your starting score:

To be eligible for the 990prep guarantee, you must:
- Complete the majority of the 990prep program, including:
- 10 practice sets for each section (1 to 7)
- 40 Mock TOEIC® Tests
- Take the official TOEIC® test within 2 months after your plan or subscription expires.
- Submit the ETS certificate of your new TOEIC® score within 15 days of receiving the results.
Reference Score:
Your reference score is determined by your first complete mock test taken on 990prep within 7 days of subscribing. This "Starting Score" serves as the baseline for calculating your progress. If you have an ETS certificate dated within the last 12 months, you may also submit it as your reference score.
Standard Refunds: You may also request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@990prep.com. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not share account credentials, use the service for unlawful purposes, or distribute test materials outside the platform.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond our Satisfaction Guarantee described in section 4. Individual results may vary based on effort and practice consistency. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
