1. Service Agreement
By using 990prep, you agree to these terms. The service provides TOEIC® exam preparation materials including practice tests and study resources.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account.
3. Subscription & Payment
We offer free and premium plans. Premium access is available through auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or annual), processed through Stripe (web) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS).
- Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the current rate, unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the current rate, unless cancelled in advance.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. On iOS, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. On the web, contact us at contact@990prep.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- iOS Purchases: Payments made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Apple's terms and conditions apply.
4. +300 Points Guarantee
Up to +300 points guaranteed on the TOEIC®
Otherwise, we refund you.
Minimum guaranteed gain based on your starting score:

To be eligible for the 990prep guarantee, you must:
- Complete the majority of the 990prep program, including:
- 10 practice sets for each section (1 to 7)
- 40 Mock TOEIC® Tests
- Take the official TOEIC® test within 2 months after your plan or subscription expires.
- Submit the ETS certificate of your new TOEIC® score within 15 days of receiving the results.
Reference Score:
Your reference score is determined by your first complete mock test taken on 990prep within 7 days of subscribing. This "Starting Score" serves as the baseline for calculating your progress. If you have an ETS certificate dated within the last 12 months, you may also submit it as your reference score.
Standard Refunds: You may also request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@990prep.com. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not share account credentials, use the service for unlawful purposes, or distribute test materials outside the platform.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond our Satisfaction Guarantee described in section 4. Individual results may vary based on effort and practice consistency. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
