1. Service Agreement
By using 990prep, you agree to these terms. The service provides TOEIC® exam preparation materials including practice tests and study resources.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account.
3. Subscription & Payment
We offer free and premium plans. Premium access is available through subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) purchased on 990prep.com.
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the current rate, unless cancelled in advance. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your profile on the website, or by contacting us at contact@990prep.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain premium access until that date.
4. +250 Points Guarantee
Up to +250 points guaranteed on the TOEIC®
Otherwise, we refund everything you paid for your subscription.
Minimum guaranteed gain based on your starting score:

| Above 800 | +80 points |
To be eligible for the 990prep guarantee, you must:
- Complete the full study plan on 990prep.
- Complete 5 full-length TOEIC® mock tests on 990prep before your official exam.
- Submit the ETS certificate of your new TOEIC® score within 15 days of receiving the results.
- Submit your refund request within 90 days of the purchase date.
Reference Score:
Your reference score is determined by your first complete mock test taken on 990prep within 14 days of subscribing. This "Starting Score" serves as the baseline for calculating your progress. If you have an ETS certificate dated within the last 12 months, you may also submit it as your reference score.
Standard Refunds: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, by contacting us at contact@990prep.com.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not share account credentials, use the service for unlawful purposes, or distribute test materials outside the platform.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond our +250 Points Guarantee described in section 4. Individual results may vary based on effort and practice consistency. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
