1. Service Agreement

By using 990prep, you agree to these terms. The service provides TOEIC® exam preparation materials including practice tests and study resources.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account.

3. Subscription & Payment

We offer free and premium plans. Premium purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges, processed through Stripe.

4. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you spend at least 10 hours on the platform and your TOEIC® score doesn't improve by at least 100 points, we will fully refund your purchase. To claim this guarantee, contact us at contact@990prep.com with proof of your practice time and test scores.

Standard Refunds: You may also request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@990prep.com. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not share account credentials, use the service for unlawful purposes, or distribute test materials outside the platform.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond our Satisfaction Guarantee described in section 4. Individual results may vary based on effort and practice consistency. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
