Where and how to get your score report
Your digital score report is made available in your ETS Global account, under the "Tests passés" (Tests taken) section. You log in with the credentials created at registration and download your report as soon as it is available.
If you need a paper score report or certificate, you can order one: it is mailed to the address you gave when ordering, according to the scoring timeline you chose. And if you took the test through your institution (school, university, training provider), they pass your results on to you, which can add a few days.
Understanding your result (Listening, Reading, total out of 990)
Your report shows three numbers: your Listening score (out of 495), your Reading score (out of 495), and your total out of 990. There is no penalty for a wrong answer: your score depends only on the number of correct answers, converted onto the 10 to 990 scale. Many reports also show your indicative CEFR level.
